Gauge design solution can be submit to customer within 2 work days. During on the design process, we always obey the below rules:
1:Make the preliminary design exactly based on customer GD&T drawing, make sure all the points on the drawing will be checked and tolerance requirement will be meet.
2:Improve the design according to customer commnets, make the jigs easier for machining and use, at the same time, save the machining cost and decrease the lead time.
3:Make the design flexible, in case for future Engineer change of the customers.

After the design approved,we offer the customers the work instruction,if necessary,a detailed fixture presentation will also send to make sure the customer know how to use the Jigs.
